RUMDOUL Stud

In Cambodia, the rumduol is the national flower, recognised for its delicate form and distinctive fragrance. Its three-petalled presence across the Cambodian landscape speaks to a sense of familiarity, identity and belonging. We reinterpret the flower through the qualities of subtlety and virtue.

Each flower earstud in the collection retains the texture and irregularity of the living form that inspired it. Fine surfaces, folds and natural variations catch the light as the pieces move, giving the impression of flowers still in bloom — as though they have been gathered and worn rather than cast.
