How should I go about finding my size?

How do I know if an item is available?
As long as you are able to add a product to your cart and checkout, it is considered available. If a product is out of stock, you will not be able to perform the aforementioned.
How do I know if my order has been placed?
You will receive an email confirmation from us upon order receipt, thereafter it will be sent for production.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all of our orders offer tracked delivery. You will be notified of the tracking number once your package is dispatched.
Are all of the pieces listed on the website made to order?
At the moment all of our products are made to order; that is production takes place only upon order receipt, unless otherwise stated. You may find this specified in the product page description, or if in doubt you may clarify with us.
Do you ship to my country?
We try our best to ship to major countries globally. If you do not see your country listed as an option during the checkout step, please get in touch with us and we will see what we can do.
Do you offer returns, refunds or exchanges?
We offer returns within 5 days of the order delivery date. All return items must be unblemished and with original packing intact. Please see Shipping & Returns for more information.
There will be no exchanges, unless there are significant manufacturer defects. The determination of what constitutes a defect is made at the sole discretion of Nanto Studios.
