All orders are shipped with FedEx. We offer flat rate shipping based on the following zones:

Zone 1: Singapore & Malaysia — USD15

Zone 2: China — USD25

Zone 3: Rest of Asia (India, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, Philippines,  Vietnam) — USD25

Zone 4: ANZ — USD25

Zone 5: US, Canada, EU, UK — USD50

Rest of World: USD50

Free shipping applicable to orders over USD400 (Asia & Pacific) & USD600 (Rest of the World).

 

NOTE: International orders may incur import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient(s).

Return Policy

You may initiate a return within 5 days of the order delivery date.


  • Products must be unblemished, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • The shipping cost and/or any additional cost incurred as part of delivery back to us will be borne by the customer.
  • The refund will be released to the original payment method once we receive the returned items and verify their condition. 
  • Personalized or custom items are non-refundable.
  • Return address will be provided once the returns process is initiated.
