SHIPPING RISKS

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • Products must be unblemished, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Personalized or custom items are non-refundable.


REFUNDS


The refund will be released to the original payment method once we receive the returned items and verify their condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
